Tiana also completed her Masters in Tax in 2025 which gives her the skills to manage complex family property division.
Her work focuses on a wide range of family law matters, including separation agreements, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, property division, and high-conflict disputes. She regularly appears in court and has appeared in all three levels of court, advocating with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
What sets Tiana Knight apart is her commitment to helping clients navigate emotionally charged situations with practical communication strategies and a focus on resolution. She believes in empowering clients to make informed decisions while working toward fair, lasting outcomes.
Whether guiding families through complex property issues or helping parents find workable parenting plans, Tiana Knight combines legal skill with a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, striving not only for legal solutions, but for peace of mind. Tiana is also qualified as a family law mediator and in her capacity as a mediator she is focused on building skills that will allow families to work together and find meaningful solutions that meet the needs of their unique situations.
Tiana also volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance as a volunteer lawyer and is currently on the board of Directors of the Legal Education Society (LESA). She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association where she volunteers with a number of committees including Access to Justice and the Voice of the Profession.
Outside of work Tiana is on the Board of Directors of the Alberta Sports and Recreation Association for the Blind (ASRAB) and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog in the mountains.
